. You have a case of Die Deterioration meaning the dies were getting older during the striking of your coin and causing some distortion. You also have what is called split plating where the thin copper plating on the Cent has broken thus allowing the zinc core to expose itself. This is not a doubled die or a die clash.

Agree with Split Plate Doubling.
You can see the zinc core peeking through.
Not an error and no added value.
