Hello again. I'm still trying to figure it out
Would this be doubling on the D or PMD? Two pics from different angles trying to cut down on glare or shadows. Thanks again!

That's a repunched mintmark, nice find!

I believe it's a later stage of RPM-002: http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20...0DRPM002.htm

Excellent find, Krisalane! Tanman nailed it. I found one just a little while back that looks to be very close to the die stage that yours is. Check for the markers on the link Tanman gave you. 1960-D-LMC--Is-This-A-Doubled-Mint-Mark?

From the Variety Vista link (Thank You Tanman), I am seeing die stage G. No scratch from 9 to vest, die break on upper column #12 (maybe a little on lower), but no die break on the cornice. I also see Cud at the base of column #12 and a faded FG (from wear?). Does any of this sound correct to you experts? Extra pics...

Looks good to me, nice work, Krisalane. The markers are tough to find sometimes when there is this much circulation wear but you did a nice job on this one.

This RPM can alter in shape as the die ages:

Even lighting can confuse this one:
1960-D-LMC--Is-This-A-Doubled-Mint-Mark?
1960-D-LMC--Is-This-A-Doubled-Mint-Mark?
Think that they are not the same coin. Look at the contact mark on the '6'. It is visible on each image.
