Coming back to it, I'm giving mine a bump. MS64. Wouldn't be surprised with a 1 point swing either way though.

I'm also a fan of the granularity. Adds some texture, makes it look a bit more medallic.

Oh my goodness.

Full shield, full rivets, full verticals in the inner shield. Toes. Lots of toes. Readily identifiable olives and leaves on the branch. Real, live, actual feathers on an identifiable eagle. Very few minor dings on the obverse, pretty near flawless reverse.

The coin appears to be graded correctly by NGC. Fortcollins comments sums up the coin accurately. As a group, we were to low on the grades.

NGC's opinion in the marketplace carries a lot more weight then ours on the CCF does.
