I don't know who the heck they are but they have a very imaginative grading system BOBGS "black ops grading service".

Definitely not legitimate. Not sure specifically what company B is but I've seen it before.

I looked for any so called TPG in the database I have access to that begins with B and none used this style holder. Any self slabber that used this style holder/ insert had the Coin World logo on it.
I think the VG grade if net for obvious issues may be optimistic.

I notice that you didn't specify the nation.

My guess is that it was graded in Florin, probably personally by Prince Humperdinck.

If it is a Bradfords slab, they would do it or it might even be a snap together holder they did themselves.

Bradford is not a grading company. They put coins in slabs as part of their sales gimmick. Below is a video about the company and a crack out of the slab using only your hands.

Why don't you send it in to a real TPG then? PCGS, NGC, or ANACS. I'm guessing AU details at best.
