thanks E&V, Hondo and Seamonkey.
I did manage to come up with a satisfactory method of labeling the empty pages, no matter what I want the labels to say.
Somewhere I listed everything needed to make labels like the ones above. I did all the math and measurements too. if you want it, let me know, and I'll try to find them instructions.

Love the collection, Dearborn. I've personally been going back and forth on how to house the Jeffersons from 2006 and newer since the Dansco 8114 albums aren't in production right now and are ridiculously expensive. Easiest solution I've come up with is just adding a blank page to my 8113 and 7113 albums.
I see you also have all the early proofs. Nice job. I bet those set you back a pretty penny.

Thank you humanist! I appreciate your comment. and yes, I have all the early proofs for these nickels, (I also have all the early proofs for the Lincoln Cents (starting at 1936), the nickels, Roosevelt dimes, and Washington quarters as well.) And also yes, they were not cheap to get, but now glad I have them.

Fantastic! If you don't mind me asking, I don't need any numbers or anything, but which one cost you the most for the early nickel proofs? I would assume that the 1942 silver proof War Nickel was probably the most expensive?

I don't mind the ask, but when I get home, I'll check my records for the cost.

Ok, the top 3 most expensive nickels I bought are: 1939 Proof 1938 Proof then the 1942-P (Type 2) silver proof
But I'll say this - the most expensive one (1939) was less than $200.00 (heck - it was less than $160.00)

Thanks, Dearborn. I figured those were the most expensive ones.
I believe they didn't make any proof nickels from 1943-1949, if I am correct?

Quote: I believe they didn't make any proof nickels from 1943-1949, if I am correct? That would be correct. no proofs for those years across the board.

I figured as much. I wonder how much they would cost if they did mint them these years? Dearborn, do you have the 1994 Philadelphia SMS 250th anniversary Matte or Satin finish coin? These seem to be pretty rare, though not terribly expensive, and I don't know a lot of people who include these in their Jefferson collections.

No I don't believe that I do, but It was some time ago that I put this set together and that info may have gotten pushed out of my brain, making room for new info However, I can check my records to see..
