From the seller's images it does appear to have been dipped at least once. Best find one that is not a problem/ details coin and leave this one with the seller. and to the CCF! |

based on these photos this coin exhibits signs of being cleaned and/or polished. even if the coin was not cleaned, it would still receive a details designation due to all the surface issues on both sides. probably only worth the silver in the coin. |

Based on the paper flip I know exactly where it came from. I'll say VF Details at best. A coin like that really shouldn't be dipped. I'm sure you can find better, for less.
