VF30 straight. Scratch is toned over, doesn't look super deep. I don't find it distracting personally

VF Details Scratched/Damaged
Seems like there are several major hits and scratches.

The coin is too dark for my taste (borders on Environmental Damage). I will assume it straight graded though, VF+.

Might make XF for detail. The scratch is visible but old, fully toned-over, and not too distracting . Dark color is neutral or slightly negative for eye appeal. I'd suggest a straight net-grade of VF-35 which accounts for the scratch and dark toning.

Looks a bit coppery on the wear high point areas, I hope that is due to the incandescent lighting, OK otherwise.
There are obvious dents on this coin, but sufficiently minor to ignore them, if graded at VF-30.
