Some may view this and say Grease Fill. But it is not, note the devices are weakened or even missing. So some heavy duty die polishing happened to this die. Nu sometimes edge damage will warrant a polishing to keep using the die: So we are seeing a reduction of the coins devices from an aggressive die polishing. Thus the weakness on your coin. If this had been a Struck Through Grease error, the devices would have been wider looking to totally missing when the devices fills to the top with grease.
