You are thinking those are doubled die coins. They aren't. The micro stresses of the strike create small stress lines that look like a 2nd version of the letter or a shadow. They're not worth anything (extra - it's still a Wheat cent worth a small amount).

Without a complete set of sharp photos--full obverse and reverse--I'm thinking this example would run between 20 and 50 cents--possibly as little as 10-15.

Why spend the money to get it graded/slabbed? It will cost you more then the coin is worth...just sayin'
Work on taking/posting much better photos so we can help you better.If you do send it in,please post full slab photo front and back.

It's going to cost you $50 or more to grade that coin, far more than the coin itself is worth. MS-66 Red PCGS graded examples are selling on ebay for around $20. Of course, it's your money ....
