Please include a complete photo along side your closeup. This can help with identifying any problem with your coin.
Also be a little more specific with your question, all I see is Abe's head.

I think that the OP is referring to the hit on the face west of the mouth that they are mistaking for doubling of the mouth. Unfortunately just PMD.
