1979 Washington Quarter. DDO ?

Good evening everyone, I purchased 6 rolls of quarters and on my 2nd roll come across this 1979 no mint mark quarter. am I looking at a good DDO?

@tex, I agree that this is a very nice example of machine doubling--unfortunately not the sort of doubling that you are trying to find though.

These images might help you see what is going on with Machine Doubling on your coin:

Note the green highlighted areas? That is where the Machine Doubling removed the contour of the edge of those devices. That metal was pushed back into the normal area of the devices. It is there, it is just like pushed snow. When you move snow it rises and when enough is pushed back on a coins devices, then you can see it rise above the design:
