That is one of the lesser known DDOs

The old Fivaz and Stanton number is FS#1c-033.59

You would have to check both to see if any markers match. But 009 looks stronger than 011. On yours the image is so small of the date, I can't tell which for sure. It seems like some of the master doubled dies had doubling there as well. a closer look might be needed.
