[Usual caveat about grading from images...

Both years are characterized by weak strikes, but I gotta go along with the group on the 1891: AU-58. Even though I can't say the reverse shows any signs of wear if it's a weak strike, I don't think it would pass over into Mint State from the obverse.
The 1904: XF-45 at best. The breast feathers are just too worn for AU. With PCGS, it might even be XF-40.
From a financial aspect, their value at these grades would not necessarily justify the expense for grading. However, for a personal collection in which a professional opinion and encapsulation is desirable, then it would be worth it.
