Quick Google search reveals that the coefficient of static friction (dry) between Cu-Ni and Cu-Ni is approximately 0.7. Accidentally forgot to include my guess, so my bad! (I thought I made an edit to the post yesterday but it must've not registered, that or I closed the tab too soon).
