Just another possible woody I'm curious to get some opinions on, this one shines like it still has some lustre in the right lighting in the area I'm assuming is from an improper alloy mixture.

Yes, a woody. If you search the archives here, the "cause" of the woodie appearance, in my opinion, is from the wash applied or run through the coins once they were done. Maybe the water or slightly chemical wash didn't all come off or they were improperly rinsed. I think that going through a search here will give you an idea of the reasons that folks came up with.
