Hello! I'm still pretty new to collecting and brand new to this group. So I hope I'm doing this right! I'm looking for opinions/info on a 2005 West Virginia Quarter that I found while searching rolls. The bridge looks like it exploded. But I'm not sure if this is an actual error or PMD. If it is an error... what type error is this? Thank you all!

@mel, first welcome to CCF. Second, it could be struck through gritty grease, but it is a little hard for me to tell. Can you please add an overall pic of the front of the coin to this thread? Thx.
