Ok lets try this one. I know they probably are not very good pictures but is was the best I could get.
You can barley see the 46. Is it a good one or is it just another penny? I need to know if I need to find a different hobby. Thanks

This is a 1946-S Lincoln Wheat cent. The 1946's seem to have a weaker strike in the date. I'd keep it just because it is a Wheat cent. Worth 2-5 cents depending on the person.

You don't need to find a different hobby if you love history and the thrill of the hunt!

Jacrispies nailed it. It's a 1946-S cent. While it isn't worth much, it's worth keeping in my opinion. A Wheat cent is still a Wheat cent!

Agree with the others. It is a 1946 S. As there were over 198 million minted,
they are not rare but still a keeper.

Yes, weak 6. A not uncommon characteristic of '46 S wheat cents.
Rest in Peace

I feel that was an issue with a working hub that year. Several dies (but not all) are showing the same weakness.

Also circulation wear hasn't been kind to your coin. But the weakness is common to find on that year.

I can clearly see the six. Keep at it, you'll continue to get better as you learn. Read past posts here on CCF as there is a wealth of information here.
