Alright folks, Buffalo nickels are not in my wheelhouse for grading and I'm here to learn.

What Grade and Opinions do you have on this one? Thanks

I had no idea it was cleaned.

What indicates that?

Pics outside the 2x2 will help judge luster a bit better. I'm just not seeing enough wear to warrant lower than AU. I could see a possible cleaning though.
AU50/53 possible details.

I am in the EF-45 on Obverse and maybe AU50 reverse - low eye appeal ever all for me... I don't see cleaned?

A couple things can hint to a cleaning. The first thing that I noticed, was a lack of luster in the fields, with small traces of remaining luster in the protected areas around the devices. The second thing to look for is hairlines. The cloth that would "clean" the coin would leave multiple tiny parallel scratches that could only be seen in a certain light. I don't see any hairlines, but the lack of luster showed me the possibility of this coin being cleaned.

I like it at 53. Doesn't look cleaned but the dark spot on the top of the forehead is a little distracting.
