Ok I dont know much about coins but I seen this penny was 1980 and looks pretty much brand new so I started looking into this, it looks kinda off centered and there is no mint mark, would it be worth anything or just 1 cent?

no mint mark just means it was struck in Philadelphia.
We will need photos of both sides to determine what you have.

The devices do not fall over the edge of the coin. When they do they are coins of interest:

It's either a MAD or off centre strike but can't tell which as you only posted one side of coin.
This is why photo of both sides was requested.

I agree, a slight MisAligned Die. Could you please post a photo of the reverse? Thanks.

It does look like a nice coin though. Try getting sharper images of both sides and post it to the grading forum.
Appears to have some original luster, maybe AU or there abouts. Maybe worth a few more cents than most circulated coins.
I myself would 2x2 a high AU or low MS for this date. But that is just me.
Eye appeal will guide you.

I agree with merclover that we need to see the reverse, This coin could be a slightly off center coin or a MAD. But without seeing the reverse it is impossible for us to tell.
