Found this weird messed up Wheat penny today, looks like it was struck multiple times and in odd spots. Has lettering on the side, some odd splotches that look like a War Nickel P on obverse... behind one wheat leaf there is and S started that looks like it was punched over, and even the damaged part of the coin looks like a separate strike of something else... anyone ever see or hear of anything like this?

The lettering is definitely punched onto the coin, and it's not ALL cross transfer. Something was definitely not right with this before it left the mint. Idea's? My guess is that the multiple strikebhitbthe side and cracked the planchet for starters, the 5, P, and whatever else extra was probably from a different strike as well, and looks like it was hit with a War Nickel imprint. . Idk what else would make a P that big.. the date also looks like it says 194 D backwards..

Damaged and looks like it was altered with solder. Now just a cull wheat coin now.

Not multiple strikes, just PMD.
There is nothing there that can be attributed to an error during the striking of the coin.

Might not be right, but I think that's electrical damage. Someone put it behind an old screw in fuse.

Cujohn might be right, could be a fuse coin. But to me, it looks like solder with lots of post mint damage.
