merclover Bedrock of the Community United States 10635 Posts	Posted 11/03/2021 4:18 pm A close-up photo would be helpful, but it appears your coin is undergoing split plating, with the next stage exposure of the zinc core. Is is not a good thing, but very commonly seen. No doubling, not a mint error. No premium but still worth 1 cent. to the CCF! Report this Post to the Staff
