Damaged in any fashion is still damage. Note the way the rim is not straight. That indicates that the coin was altered.

Maybe? If so, it's early stage damage. Regardless, it's post mint damage.

Possibly spooned looking at the uneven rim but it doesn't really matter, it is still damage.
