Looks like a really great example of an off center SBA dollar. Very nice! Not sure how it is in hand but it sure looks really lustrous in your pictures, a solid pickup for sure!

The stretch marks are call die striations. The metal moving away from those areas leave imprints from the dies outer edge. A sure sign of the real deal on this case.
