HGK3 Pillar of the Community United States 572 Posts	Posted 11/08/2021 9:40 pm Wexler lists 3 RPM's for 1982 D cents and all three have that piece missing from the bottom of the vertical on the D. I think that means they most likely used a punch with damage for at least part of that year. Report this Post to the Staff
