Although I've been collecting for 47 years I have yet to own a single American Silver Eagle. So, scrolling ebay looking for the 1986 in a perfect 70 of both mint state and proof I stumbled upon this one. Thoughts?

I wonder if I were to break it out and fit it to my orbital sander so I can finish my woodworking project.

On another note: certainly a strange thing to see from the mint.

Now if they used 2400 grit paper, then the sale price is not that far off the mark.
