1970-D Possible DDO?

So I was going to my copper pennies that I found trough my penny box and I found this particular 1970-D Penny, it could be a possible DDO, or it could be Machine Doubling, but then I thought, "Its too worn to be Machine Doubling."

Take a look, it is heavily scratched unfortunately. It is above the 7 in the date.

Looks like circulation flattening, cant find any DD's that resemble this.

Just normal sized devices. Not a DDO. A DDO will have enlarged devices. I'm not seeing from the images provided.
