Kind of a funkadelic lamination issue coin. It's kind of running NE/SW but a fair bit of other things going on. And if you look closely you can see that above LIBERTY the metal has separated just not ripped open. Found in a wheat bag.

Thanks for the great comments! And yeah, I'd call it moderate. Only about 20% of the coin is messy, and if you started calling that large then what do you say when the really big ones show up.

Well some of it is fold over and some attached. Some of it escaped the coin. So you have 3 different features of lamination on the same coin.
