I'm not too familiar with the Lincoln wheat pennies So just putting this up here to see if anybody can let me know If there's anything special about this particular penny and if it is a good find? Thank you!!

From pictures supplied, it looks like a regular 1940 wheatie.
There were over 586 million struck at the Philadelphia mint alone so they are not hard to find.
What do you see that would make it special?

A common, well-circulated '40 Wheat cent. You won't find one every week in circulation, but they aren't ultra scarce. I think it's a fun find, no matter.

An average circulated Wheat cent , very common . Value 3-5¢ .
