. Not an error. Something is "on" the coin. Dried liquid spot? Very nice close up photo.

@dso, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes that looks like a spot from dried liquid. Also, is this a proof coin?

Not a plus for the coin. Basically a cull proof cent at this point. It could even be a carbon spot?

Some sort of stain or debris post mint, not an error. Please always give us the whole coin in your photos, both sides. Thanks.
