Not a clash, it looks incuse? Looks like PMD to me from the photos.

What does the area below the 'y' on Liberty and on the bust area. Looks like it could be damage to the coin? The overlay shows that it would be on the back of the head area, and I'm not seeing a push out area in that area. So the area is either a struck through or a lamination issue. If the weight is close to normal, I feel it might a struck through error? A closer view of that area might help a bit more.

The photos look like a die crack?possible pre Cud if it connects to the rim on both parts where the arrow shows. I though struck through as well but how it seems to overlap the top of the N in the close ups I went more for PMD,
