Would this be considered as a IDB or RIDB or just ?

Thank you for your opinions. Rob

I'm going to throw my 2 cents out here on this one. First of all, IDB, RIDB, Freestanding Interior Die Breaks, etc...... can be a bit confusing. To qualify as a Freestanding Die Break, I think I remember the guidelines are that it must encompass an area of at least 4 square millimeters. I'm not seeing this much area consumed on your coin. I'm thinking what you have here is a die crack that occurred in a very neat spot on your coin. There is also the possibility that the incuse edges of the design elements of the reverse die face could have been damaged thus causing what you are seeing. I say this because it appears the raised areas on your coin are positioned more off to the side of the branches.

Neat, I posted a dime a while back with a very large die chip in that spot.

Edit, went back and looked at mine and the die chip is up higher at the bottom of the top olive leaf.

Bumpkin. They can be a bit. There's a few ( maybe if's).
This is smaller than 4 millimeters it could've been a die chip I think but that part has fallen off.
It is cracked all around the v area of the Y of the branches. That area looks like it's moved west a bit and maybe south.

Thank you both for looking and comments. Rob

Looks like a die crack so far on the die.
