FG looks normal to me so I say no.

I think you might have it. There is a site somewhere that shows most of the known date/mm pics [varietyvista.com only has the first three].

http://www.varietyvista.com/01b%20L...DRDV0061.htm

You appear to have: the Wide AM, the close FG, the 'hard G' of RDV-6 and the top horizontal of the F in FG sticks out further. Also yours has 'pimples', which many do have. The only thing that would give me pause is that the top of the G in FG also looks a bit long.

Congrats

*** Correction: My mistake, this does appear to be RDV-5 [which it normally is]. I was comparing it to RDV-7.

Note the location of the top of the 'G'. It is RDV-005, not RDV-006. The flattening of the reverse devices makes the AME look flat. But circulation damage altered the devices.

Note the gray areas on your coin. That is a split plating issue. Something that the future will alter because of zinc rot. So just a spender.

Once again Coop comes through! Thanks! That little push of medal on the "G" to the east threw me off a little. I was a bit hoping yet mostly doubtful.
The comparisons make it clear. One more roll of 88 to browse. This will make it easier. Many thanks!

Well the RDV-005 and 006 are all Wide AM. Poor term to call the RDV-006 with that term. Seems like the better name would be to call it "Reverse of 1989". That would make more sense to me? They've already used that term in the past for "year varieties".
