1966 Dime - 2nd Six Much Smaller

I'm sorry this pic is not clearer, however the reason for the post is the second S, it is clearly much smaller than any other 1966 dime. I am unable to find any noted errors matching this. Has anyone seen this before or if it's the only one? Thank you

i think the second "6" is actually a "0". the zero took a hit on the right side making it look like a small "6".

plus, it looks like the size of a zero.

Right above each post you add to the forum, you will see a few small icons. Each one helps you when posting. one of them (the one just to the left of the star) it looks pike a sheet of paper with a pencil on it - that is the edit icon.

Has that 90% silver look you can't mistake. Worth well above face value solely due to silver content.

no silver dimes are dated 1966, but 1964 and earlier dimes contained silver, so 1960 is a logical guess

btw, thanks for the edit tip, that icon is missing HTML alt text, so mouse over it does not display "Edit", and thus it is tough to find
