I love looking at mistakes in pennies but I don't collect them.. what should I think about this penny and would any collector would be interested to buy a piece like this

Terminology correction
First of all, coins are not printed, they are struck or minted.
Also something unusual is not a mistake, it is either an error or damage.
Hope this helps for the future.

Looking at your coin, it is hard to tell from those small photos but chances are it is just
some form of damage. Better photos may help.
