Will need to see head on photos, all we can see are the edge and rims.
Also the weight to two decimal points if you can.
Even if genuine, the hole would reduce the value.

A definite counterfeit. Not close to being genuine.
Looks like it was made for a piece of jewelry.

The first thing that caught my eye is that the hole looks like it was drilled last week and you can see the cheap metal inside. Then, of course, everything else.

Along the edge looks to have a clipped off portion of metal as if it were cast into a two piece mold and excess was snipped off?
