I have always considered this one to be on the rare end of things. I've gone through many, many rolls of 1964-D looking for DDO-001, and pretty much never found any of these. And pretty sure I wouldn't miss it. Found this one in a roll last night. This one is stage B, just after the reverse die was changed. While this is still a very desirable stage, as the full lower curve of the secondary D is visible, it is still a fair bit behind a solid stage A coin, which has both a great-looking RPM plus the DDR-002 reverse. 1964-D/D Lincoln Memorial cent - RPM-005

Great find. Congrats and you're right about the strength of that secondary MM. This would be easy to spot when searching.

Thanks for all the super kind words! This one upgrades my stage B example by a lot. I also have a BU stage E, but just those two in top grade. My rare stage A is AU.
