1969 Quarter Well Circulated But Interesting Mint Mark .

I have 1969 Washington quarter and the mint mark is likely extremely worn to the point that it's just a small blob however upon zooming in I can see the edges or outline or what seems to be a different letter or possibly the same letter but marked at a different angle and wasn't sure if it was a rpm or if it even matters at this point being as the top mark is a blob .

Possible mint mark broken post (die chip), combined with much circulation flattening/softening. Over the decades I've seen hundreds of similar mint marks on worn quarters.
