No Cuds, Cuds are formed from the rim only, there is a lot of die chips but they hold little to know value. Also looks like a die chip at the top of the inside of his ear.

I agree, not a Cud as it's not on the coin's rim. Just die chips. No value above face, sorry.

The die crack mentioned by @dear makes this a so-called "spike head". Those seem to have a small premium on ebay. Could be worth saving in a 2x2.
