Pics too soft and glared to see surface details clearly, which is generally a problem with your images. No confident grade possible.

with coinfrog obverse too soft and blurry , can not give a grade until sharp pics are posted.

Id take a pass at MS-66 for me, looks like liquid coin ice to me .

If you're building a collection on Mercury dimes, or any collection, it is best to do it slow. The pictures shown here are not clear whether the coin is AU or MS or dipped or what?

I would find other sources and compare to what you have purchased, if there are no local shows or coin shop, then shop from reputable coin dealer/sellers online.
