2017 D Dime Found In My Penny Roll With A Crazy Ear, Is This An Error?

Penny Pushing New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 12/11/2021 11:24 pm I just opened a penny roll from my bank and found a bonus 2017 D dime inside. When I put it under my microscope I found some oddness on the ear, is this normal? I'm also including some pics of the text because it looks odd as well. I'd love to hear if this is an interesting dime to any anyone since I'm totally focused on looking and learning about the Lincoln Memorial penny, adding dimes is quite overwhelming. It left these triangular impressions in the center of the ear. It's just Post Strike Damage. It didn't happen when the coin was struck.
