Would be pretty neat, but unfortunately no. That is just a hyper-realistic promotional image of what the design is, and not the actual design that was stuck onto the nickels.
Finding and discovering modern Canadian doubled die varieties since 2018.

You can't always go by an artists rendition. Sometimes they make changes
before the dies are made.
