Is there some reason why you are thinking that the coin wasn't scratched after it left the mint? What would cause such a scratch or is it possibly some how damaged after? I got it out of a new roll of quarters all the same coin and mint.is it some type of machine that could cause the line like a coin machine for the rolls?
