I've checked all of Mad die clash clashes. Couldn't find a match. There's only 3 I noticed with die rotation. Numbers 01,21,64 but not the same degree and or rotation.
Obverse looks to have.
Below bust has parts of letters TATE of STATES and F of oF.
6 of date has lower middle part of M-AMERICA in center.
Front of chin/beard edge of column 10.
Between RTY has columns 1&2.

Reverse.
Clash of bottom of bust running from right edge of D-UNITED through STATE to left edge of S and top of F-oF.
Bottom horizontal bar of E-AMERICA has bottom curve of 6-date on both sides of bar.

There's a few more clashes but I think they're from a different clash event. One is under chin which I have same looking one on a 1996D.

I'm only showing a couple few pictures. (But) ) If you would like to see more I certainly have them. Sorry for overlay. It's not perfect but pretty close. I would like to find out if anyone has an easy way.
Please let me know what you think. Thank you for looking. Rob.

I believe you have both an RPM and a DDO by the looks of the date, the 9 and 6. Check out Coppercoins.com 1960D-1MM-113 for the RPM and 1960D-1DO-005 for the DDO. Not sure from your pics but I see a lot of similarities.

Edit: upon a closer look, the mm on your Cent does not appear to be in the exact position as the RPM I quoted above. However, I believe I see doubling on the 9 and 6 of the date (ends of the loops of the numbers). There are MANY RPM's for this year and mint. Good luck in finding a match but I still think you have a DDO. JMHO here.

9 & 6 look normal for the year to me.

I believe I made a mistake on calling this a DDO, not ashamed to do so when I'm mistaken. The inside tips of the loops on the 9 and the 6 threw me for a loop (pun intended) and what I was referring to in regards to doubling. It was late when I posted, wasn't hitting on all cylinders, and didn't even think about the differences between a LD and SD, this one being a small date. I'm now thinking that SD's show this extra metal on the tips of the 9 and 6 as opposed to a large date which doesn't. However, if my memory serves me correctly, it's telling me that somewhere in the past I have seen a Lincoln DDO that does exhibit doubling of this nature. My apologies.

. Lol no worries. Thank you for looking and help.
At least you had an excuse not hitting on all cylinders. With me it seems at least once or more than ten times a day my flat head 6 is completely missing a couple spark plugs.

The notching you see on the lower serif looks like a broken punch that was transferred onto the working die and is not an RPM

No, it is part of the punching. They call this a split serif. Very minor though.

Thanks everyone for comments. Coop helped on earlier post if it was a RPM.
It sure is very minor.
I needed to find out so I could try to match a ADC coin to mine.
There's a few with RPMs some are very minor.
None of Maddieclashes.com ADC matched mine.
The rotated die helped to eliminate most of 101 different ones.
