I'm often capable of figuring out what these specifically are, but this one due to its advanced state of wear is a bit beyond my abilities. My impression from its style is that it's not a late coin. The emperor looks to be young. I can read "Caesar" at the end of the obverse legend. The reverse appears to depict Roma holding Victory. I imagine somebody will recognize it.

23 mm in diameter, weight is 8.24 grams.

Maybe Thessalonica?

Reverse legend might be some variant of Θ#400;#1017;#1017;ΑΛΟΝΙΚ#400;ΩΝ

Nike with Kabeiros reverse?

Edit: sorry, but the cut-and-paste of the Greek is not working.

What I can read on the obverse is consistent with Severus Alexander. No comment on the reverse.

Both on the right track, I think. I read:
...ΞANΔPOC KAICAP //
ΘECCA-ΛO-NIKEΩN
(or similar).

My initial impression had been that the portrait resembled Severus Alexander, but I was hesitant to say so.
