Let's keep the LSD train rolling...as soon as this next hit kicks in

What say ye 19th century lovers of the U.S. trade coin? How'd PCGS do on this one?

A real favorite of mine here

Thanks for looking

These aren't easy. I'll assume any missing detail is due to the strike.

Virtually no scruffs or scratches, but I can't seem to judge how much luster remains.

If there's none, MS63. If there's luster, MS64+.

Can't see any luster but likewise there is no obvious wear, just some lack of sharpness which is probably as-struck. Toning looks natural and I don't see any significant contact marks. Eye appeal is nice.
Could grade anywhere from AU-55 to MS-65.
Glad I could narrow it down for you dsfreeworld!

Jaobler...way to cover the bases!

the last photo looks like the coin is missing some luster. I cant get a handle on this one but Jaobler may be correct without the coin in hand

I apologize if the pictures are not making for good guessing.

This one was tough to capture photo speaking.

I like it for the grade. 1856 SM Date F-105 Plate coin for the Definitive Resource for Liberty Seated dimes. The variety hound in me knows no end...
