The biggest reason this won't be a ms-67 is PCGS (LOL). I guess after that are the shoulder area and (50 pwr) microscopic marks on the face. So back to the tube. Luster is awesome

Nice coin! But actually, the biggest reason is that it's a large date.

Large date. Shoulder scuffing holds this to MS-66 for me.

Great strike and barely any contact marks, the fields look clean too. This coin will come down to luster and eye appeal to a grader. It's close to 67 on technical merits.

i'd be surprised if this one graded above 64RD especially with the shoulder and abrasions if front of the ear and jaw
