The rims and the fields are the most sensitive to wear, after that the regular wear patterns apply.

Looks like a pretty nice example you have. I can't make out the luster and I don't see any cartwheel spokes but it appears to be MS.

AU58 or MS63. thats some heavy duty polishing going on there. I think it was lightly circulated so I'm leaning AU58

Looks like someone tried cleaning the reverse with single ply toilet paper or sand paper either or .
