Appears to be a nice example. Consider that these coins were heavily hoarded by collectors during the bicentennial period. Even today large number of quarter rolls remain in original wrappers (stashed in sock drawers, safes, etc.), but some have been opened and the coins placed into circulation. So, there's a rather high number of low-to-mid MS bicentennial quarters 'out there' and available. Many collectors have had these coins graded, so the supply of mid-to-high range slabbed quarters is pretty deep. Check ebay for fun. Given the photos posted, I can't tell if you have a low MS state coin, or one that's in the MS65-66 range. Personally, I wouldn't submit yours for grading unless it was a certain MS67+ or better

A coin needs a minimum value of $100-$150 after slabbing to justify all costs involved in sending it in. Going by these pics it does not look like your coin grades high enough. In future posts please crop pics a bit better before posting...thanks. Just a FYI: the first two pics are not useful at all.

with all above.
Not worth sending to a TPG service.
What to look for on these bicentennials is a fully struck drum .
