Pretty decent photos, Sadly, not seeing any doubling. Perhaps a hint of Machine Doubling on the N in ONE.

No toning, those are stains on the plating.

One person's "toning" is another person's tarnishing/staining. Keep it if you like it, but it has no real value other than face.
