Flat hair over ear and weak breast feathers are from a typical weak New Orleans strike. Eye appeal is only so-so. If I liked the coin I might risk $40 or so on ebay. Perhaps I made a mistake being tired last night and didn't pay attention to detail. However I reported the seller to ebay. Probably nothing will happen, ebay shelters the sellers vs buyers.
